Printing Equipment
22" Double Wide
Our 22" Double Wide is a Didde Glaser 4-Color Web with Triple Delivery. It is equipped with U.V. dryers and a triple delivery system that is capable of delivering high quality, full color product either roll-to-roll, roll-to-sheet, or roll-to-fold. This press also includes a full inline bindery to allow multiple configurations of punching, perforating, rubber imprinting, and numbering.
17" Western Gear
This 17" Western Gear is a 3-Color web roll-to-roll press that is equipped with a full inline bindery that allows multiple configurations of punching, perforating, rubber imprinting, and numbering.
Heidelberg
The Heidelberg is a 19" x 25 1/2" sheet press that specializes in oversized business printing, including "eye-pleasing" 4-Color process commercial print.
Collators
GKM has two collators that are capable of collating both 17" and 22" forms whether they are one or multiple up. One collator is an 8-station Western Gear Unit set collator that will apply a crash imprint number. The other is a 6-station Harris Continuous collator that will apply a crash imprint number and crimping or inline gluing to adhere the multiple parts together.
Digital Equipment
Kodak Nexpress S3000
The Kodak Nexpress S3000 is a state of the art digital printer that is capable of high quality color printing, variable data printing and dimensional imaging. With this new and emerging technology we can add a clear coat to any piece that will make it 3 dimensional. Orange peels can feel real, fish can have scales, the possibilities are endless. Don't send out another boring direct mail piece. Get your prospects attention with a look and feel they can't resist.

Xerox DocuColor 252
For simple color projects this is the perfect digital machine. We can print up to 12 x 18, full color process. If you are looking for a professional simple look, GKM can accomplish this.
Xerox Nuvera 288
Our black and whtie digital machine is perfect for short run rinting. We can print on bond or NCR paper. To compliment our digital machines we have a fulfillment/bindery center that can put the finishing touch on any printing piece to give it a more professional look.
